Camp Activities Include:
Go-Karting, Bouncy Castles, Swimming, Zorbs, Fencing, Laser Tag, Multi-sports, Art's & Crafts - and so much more!
Holiday Periods:
October Half Term, Christmas Holidays, February Half Term, Easter Holidays, May Half Term, and Summer Holidays
Details:
- Days: Monday to Friday (during school holidays)
- Times: 7:45 am – 6:00 pm
- Pay: £155 - £175 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Your Role as a Location Manager:
- Lead and manage the smooth daily running of your assigned camp location.
- Ensure the welfare, safety, and enjoyment of all children attending.
- Manage and support a team of staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality, engaging activities.
- Oversee compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and camp policies.
- Liaise professionally with parents, schools, and Let's Leap HQ.
- Handle onsite administration, incident reporting, and daily record-keeping.
- Inspire a positive, motivated team environment that reflects Let’s Leap values.
- Ensure all activities run on time, staff are deployed effectively, and children are having an unforgettable experience.
About You:
- Passionate about working with children and leading teams.
- Experience in managing childcare, schools, camps, or similar environments.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Reliable, confident, and calm under pressure.
- Available during school holidays.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety protocols.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK and have been a UK/EU resident for the last 3 years.
