Experienced Quartz & Porcelain Worktop InstallerLocation: Nationwide UK Travel Required (Wakefield Based)
Salary: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour depending on experience, overtime available
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week Contracted (Due to travel and site requirements, working hours may vary)
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with weekend work available
Holiday: 28 Days Per Year (Including Bank Holidays)

We deliver projects nationwide ranging from single plot housing developments to large-scale high-rise residential schemes and retail installations.
Based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, Roann Limited continues to grow and is now looking for an experienced Low Silica Quartz & Porcelain Worktop Installer to join our installation team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the installation of Low Silica Quartz and Porcelain worktops across a variety of projects including:
- National housebuilder developments
- High-rise residential apartment schemes
- Build-to-Rent (BTR) projects
- Retail and commercial installations
- Private residential projects where required
This is a nationwide role and flexibility is essential. Some days may involve local installations, whilst others may require early starts on sites in London or elsewhere in the UK. Occasional overnight stays may be required.As Roann Limited operates from Wakefield, installers will be required to collect materials, company vehicles, and equipment from our Wakefield facility. Therefore, candidates based within a reasonable commuting distance of Wakefield are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of Low Silica Quartz and Porcelain worktops to a high standard
- Reading technical drawings and installation paperwork
- Liaising professionally with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, and customers
- Completing site audits and installation quality checks
- Identifying, recording, and reporting snags, defects, and site issues through snag reports and site audits
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Adhering to all site health & safety requirements
- Representing Roann Limited professionally on customer and construction sites
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience installing Quartz, Porcelain, Granite, or Dekton worktops
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on construction sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet customer and site requirements
- Ability to travel to and collect from our Wakefield facility when required
Desirable Skills:
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS Qualification
- Experience with site audits and quality inspections
- Experience producing snag reports
- Experience working on new-build housing developments and high-rise residential projects
- Digital reporting or tablet-based site management experience
