ETC Supplies are looking for an ex-embroidery machinist with experience and knowledge that can visit embroidery companies to show and demonstrate different products.
We supply workwear and schoolwear companies with embroidery threads, frames, backings, scissors, accessories and much more.

What will you be doing in Field Sales?
- Visiting potential and existing clients to demonstrate products and highlight benefits.
- Develop our customer base through an account management thought process that focuses on nurturing client relationships by maintenance and growth.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- Communicate opportunities and potential new products to the team.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies.
What we are looking for in our Business Development Manager:
- At least 1 years experience using an embroidery machine.
- Strong communication skills.
- Availability to travel as needed
- Must be team oriented with the ability to be flexible in pursuit of the larger goal.
- Must be a ‘people-person’ – someone who is approachable, easy to talk to, and trusted.
- A self-starter with the ability to independently understand the mission and objective – and develop a plan to accomplish the target.
- Organised
- Must have hustle, be entrepreneurial, results driven, and ability to focus on actionable data.
