We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive GP Surgery on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse looking for flexible working arrangements with a long-term placement.

Key Responsibilities
- Chronic Disease Management (including reviews and monitoring)
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Cervical screening (smears)
- General practice nursing duties
- Accurate patient record management using EMIS
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
- Previous GP Surgery/Primary Care experience
- Proficient in EMIS
- Experience in Chronic Disease Management
- Competent in administering immunisations
- Qualified and experienced in carrying out cervical smears
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
