OSTTRA’s legal team is small, high-functioning, and deeply integrated into the business. They work side-by-side with the sales and product teams to get deals over the line. As Legal Counsel, your focus will be on the technical and commercial backbone of our operations—translating complex legal requirements into clear, actionable business paths. You’ll be joining a London-based team that values autonomy, clear communication, and the ability to solve problems in real-time.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive the Deal: You will lead the drafting and negotiation of the complex commercial agreements—from software licenses to global consulting deals—that fuel our growth.
- Be a Solutions Architect: You’ll analyze risks and provide innovative business solutions that allow our sales and product teams to move fast without breaking things.
- Connect the Dots: You’ll act as a central nervous system, liaising between IT, Tax, Compliance, and Finance to ensure every project is legally sound and operationally seamless.
- Navigate the Future: Help us stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging legal risks in data protection and technology before they impact the business.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Precision Mindset: You have a strong academic background and a mastery of the English language that makes your drafting both airtight and elegant.
- Commercial Instincts: You have experience (or a deep desire to grow) in B2B technology service/commercial contracts. You understand that a contract is a business tool, not just a legal one
