The job
As Head Chef you will lead the kitchen of one of the companies sites, leading and inspiring your brigade, overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen while working closely with a strong front-of-house team to deliver standout guest experiences. You'll assist with menu development and produce well-executed dishes and seasonal plates rooted in local produce.
What you'll need
Experienced Head Chef working in fresh food kitchens, preferably to a 2AA rosette standard
A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Creative flair for menu design with a genuine passion for seasonal, local ingredients
Robust financial and performance management skills
Calm, focused and resilient under pressure, with an eye for detail
Where you'll be based
The sites are based in central Woodbridge
What you'll receive
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent on experience
Tips equating to at least £250 per month
A working week of 45-48 hours
Straight shifts, either breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner
Two days off in a row each week
