Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery process which includes unloading, counting, and stocking inventory
- Replenishing shelves and shop floor freezers with various pet food products.
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing customers with expert advice on raw feeding diets for their pets.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers.
What we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Physical fitness to handle the manual aspects of the job such as unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team.
- An interest in pet nutrition.
Working hours:
The position is full-time, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, with a scheduled day off. Shifts will be varied between the hours of 0830-1730.
You will be expected to work most Saturdays.
