Administrator / Customer Resolutions Assistant
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator / Customer Resolutions Assistant.
The role involves responding to customer messages and enquiries, investigating issues such as misplaced or incorrectly dispatched items, and coordinating effective resolutions. You will also be responsible for locating, picking, packing, and preparing replacement items for dispatch, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate missing, misplaced, or incorrectly supplied items.
- Liaise with colleagues to identify and resolve order discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare replacement items for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent written communication, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
