We are seeking a warm, dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our family-run Montessori nurseries. This is a great opportunity to start a career in early years education with full training and support in a nurturing, inspiring environment.
Location: Hampton, TW12
Salary: £8.00 per hour (approximately £16,640 per year based on 40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities
- Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Support children’s development through observation and interaction
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Work as part of a team while learning on the job
About You:
- Passionate about working with young children
- Willing to learn and work towards a childcare qualification
- Caring, reliable and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
