Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our Nightclub venue. The ideal candidate will ensure that all public areas are maintained to the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment for our customers. This role is essential in upholding the reputation of our establishment and enhancing the customer overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, and other communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as required
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored correctly after use
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols is advantageous
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
