Mobile Chiller / Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £50,000*
Hours: Monday to Friday (45 hours per week, including 30-minute paid lunch break)
CTR are currently recruiting for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join a busy and varied mobile role supporting clients across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. Candidates from a general refrigeration background will also be considered, though this may be reflected in the salary offered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical and electrical servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of Chiller and Rooftop equipment (e.g. compressors, driers, EXVs, TEVs, control panels)
- Attend client sites for both reactive repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance
- Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to specification
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC or industrial refrigeration service and maintenance
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration
- F-Gas Category 1 Certification
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
