We are currently recruiting for a full-time Groundworker/Labourer to join our team and help deliver exceptional de-watering solutions across the UK. As a leader in the field with a growing client base, we strive to employ the best people for the job, who are keen to get their hands stuck in and hit the ground running.
*Please note this project will be for sites around Peterborough, including Bury St Edmunds and Kings Lynn*
As this role requires traveling, the successful applicant must have insurance to drive and a clean driving license.
In light of the goals of the company, we also offer the following benefits:
· All PPE is supplied as standard and in line with government regulations.
· Successful applicants will be on the books for 40hrs a week minimum, with an additional holiday and sick pay allowance.
· Pay starts at £13.00 p/hr, but fully trained team members can expect between £13 - £16 p/hr with opportunities for promotion.
· A company van and fuel card is supplied after 6 weeks of employment, alongside a company iPhone after 6 months.
· Time and a half is offered after 8 hours of work and on Saturdays. Double time is offered on Sundays.
· Ongoing training is provided. We encourage our employees to engage in industry courses and continuous professional development (CPD).
· A £25 ‘night out’ allowance tax free, with all accommodation paid for.
