Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, strengthening brand presence, and driving revenue growth. The position is paid and suitable for candidates with a proven track record in management, B2B sales, and digital marketing tools such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and local market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property developers, buyers, and tenants.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property sales, lettings, and management instructions.
- Manage advertising campaigns on property websites and digital platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, rental values, and property demand in London areas covered by the business.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Skills
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong background in B2B sales with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
