As a Graduate Business Sales & BDR at L25 you will be on the front line of how the group grows. You will find the organisations that need us, open the conversations, and build the pipeline that the rest of the business runs on.
You will own your own prospecting, outreach and early-stage relationships, with commission on what you bring in from day one. This is a self-starting role. Nobody will hand you a list and a script. You will be backed by people who have sold into regulated organisations and want you to win.
We are looking for someone hungry, resilient and naturally good with people. If you are motivated by earning what you close, comfortable hearing no, and ambitious enough to build a sales career on real numbers, this is the start.
Pay: £27,380.94-£31,000.00 per year
