Warehouse Operative
Pay: From £27,000 per year, plus company bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Weekly hours: 40 hours per week
About the role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse by helping goods move safely, accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles, containers and trailers
- Picking and dispatching orders
- Reporting and recording any shortages or damage to consignments
- Completing stock checks and labelling goods
- Achieving KPIs
- Maintaining good housekeeping, health and safety, and site security standards
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual with at least one year of warehouse experience.
You should have:
- Experience with picking and working in a busy warehouse environment
- Confidence using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
- A practical, focused approach to meeting targets and delivering a positive customer experience
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a strong drive to succeed
- Forklift licences are not essential, but would be an advantage
