The salary will be based on experience and is negotiable.
A proven track record of managing and operating a busy kitchen essential.
Ensuring that kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Maintaining kitchen budgets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
