Salary: Grade 4 SP 9 - 12 (FTE £27,254 - £29,540 / Actual £15,845 - £17,174 per annum)
Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2027
We are delighted to be recruiting an additional Operations Assistant to join our Teaching School Hub team at Unity Schools Partnership. This is a varied and rewarding role that plays a vital part in the successful delivery of our DfE endorsed programmes and services with schools across the region.
Working as part of a small, collaborative and highly committed team, you will help ensure our programmes run smoothly and professionally, from registrations and onboarding to training events and communications. There is also scope to contribute to marketing, communications, website content and social media activity, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse role with real impact.
You will:
- Guide the registration of participants onto programmes
- Support onboarding by responding to and resolving queries from schools, lead providers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records using spreadsheets and CRM systems (including HubSpot)
- Coordinate programme events, including conferences and online training sessions
- Communicate event details, joining instructions and pre‑event materials clearly and professionally
- Liaise with venues and support the delivery of high‑quality face‑to‑face training events
- Monitor programme engagement, track event attendance and complete post-event follow-up activity
- Produce e‑newsletters and regular programme communications
- Support the development of marketing materials, website content and social media channels
About you
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and building positive relationships with a wide range of people.
You will ideally bring:
- Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and online platforms
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting events, programmes or administrative processes
- A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- An interest in education, or experience working within an education or related sector
