Salary: Up to £37,770 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time shift work (including evenings, weekends, and sleeps)

⭐ Salary & Sleeps ⭐
✅ £31,170 basic salary
✅ PLUS additional £55 per sleep (£6.6k per year)
✅ Annual appraisal uplifts in salary

Shifts:
- 08:00-23:00 + sleep shifts
- 173 hours per month
- 6-10 sleeps per month
- 2 on 4 off pattern
⭐️ About the Home & Company: ⭐️
This 4x EBD bedded active household offers a family feel environment for young people aged 11-17.
Currently in place are 3x girls and 1x boy aged 12-15 who have great energy and love going out on activities with the staff.
Joining this beautiful home are 4x more homes in the local area, offering a fantastic support system for the staff and management team. Additionally, within the company is a Young Peoples Multi-Disciplinary Assessment and Therapy Services team who bring together the expertise and skills of different professionals to assess, plan and manage the therapy jointly of the young people.

- ❇ Level 3 diploma in Children’s Residential Care
- ❇ A full UK driving licence
