As we continue to expand nationally, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded National Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of hospitality and hotel accounts.
The Role
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships across the UK, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving account growth and identifying new opportunities within existing customers.
You will act as the primary point of contact for our major hospitality partners, working closely with hotel management teams, operations teams and decision makers to ensure we remain their preferred transportation provider.
This is a highly visible role that combines relationship management, commercial growth and operational coordination.
The role will be based in Newcastle upon Tyne and will involve regular travel across the UK to meet clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of key hospitality and hotel accounts nationwide.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel general managers, operations managers and procurement teams.
* Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings with clients.
* Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand services within existing accounts.
* Ensure service levels, KPIs and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
* Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
* Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Prepare account reports, performance updates and business reviews.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
* Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
* Support the onboarding of new hospitality and corporate clients.
About You
* Proven experience in account management, business development or client relationship management.
* Experience within hospitality, hotels, travel, transportation or related industries is highly desirable.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
* Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required.
