Duties:
- Carry out vehicle servicing and repair work efficiently within manufacturer standards and timeframes
- Diagnose faults accurately and carry out repairs to the highest standards
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues regarding vehicle faults and repair work
- Advise customers on future servicing needs and potential cost savings through preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and document repairs performed
- Ensure the safe and professional handling of vehicles and equipment at all times
Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds qualification or similar recognised certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing motor vehicles
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail, organised with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and a professional attitude
