Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Soft Tissue Therapist to join our freelance therapy team. In this role, you will provide high-quality manual therapy and rehabilitation services to our members and guests at our private health club and spa in NW London. Helping to prevent and manage musculoskeletal injuries and optimise performance. You will work closely with our on site personal trainers physiotherapists and senior spa therapists to deliver personalised, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough subjective and objective assessments to develop and implement individualised soft tissue treatment plans, utilising deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger-point therapy and other specialised modalities
Assist clients with rehabilitation exercises, promoting recovery through techniques that enhance circulation, reduce inflammation and restore function
Maintain accurate, confidential treatment notes
Essential Criteria
Level 5 (or equivalent) soft tissue/massage therapy qualification; HCPC‐registered.
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries in a clinic or health club setting J
Proficiency in deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release and trigger-point therapy
Full professional indemnity insurance, first aid certification, and clean (UK) driving licence
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

Pay: From £40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
