SourceCo are proud to represent a leading Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturer based in Droitwich, who are recruiting for a Machine Operative to join their growing production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is looking for long-term, ongoing work within a well-established company.
Hours of Work
Monday-Thursday 13:45pm-21:45
Friday- 11:15am-16:45pm
Pay Rate
£12.75 per hour

Temporary ongoing position with no fixed end date.
What Does the Machine Operative Role Involve?
- Operating production machinery within a plastic injection moulding environment
- Loading and unloading materials and finished products
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Completing production records and paperwork accurately
- Working to production targets and deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health & safety and quality procedures

Minimum Experience
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or machine operating environment is preferred. Experience within plastic injection moulding would be advantageous but is not essential.
