We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Data entry and updating records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Ensuring the office environment is tidy, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
- Providing general administrative support across departments as required
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleagues
- Clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and efficiency
