We are a small, friendly startup supplying Korean, Japanese and other specialist food to luxury hotels and venues across London and the outer London area.
What you will be doing
After your paid training. A typical day will look like:
- Early start at the warehouse: picking and loading your van
- Morning delivery to clients.
- Back to the warehouse. A one hour lunch break.
- Picking and loading the second round
- Afternoon delivery round
- Straight home with the van (we pay for parking) or retun it to the warehouse, and then home if preferred.
What we are looking for
- Friendly, warm, and confident dealing with clients face to face. This matters to us a lot.
- A full UK driving licence valid for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes, with a clean or near-clean record. Higher categories (C1 or C) are very welcome
- Comfortable handling Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and other Asian products, including reading and checking labels and product names
- Physically fit and happy loading heavy items such as 20kg bags of rice
Hours
- Five days a week, with options for paid overtime
- Start time around 6am, with willingness to start earlier in future as the business grows
- One hour lunch break daily

Requirements
- Subject to a satisfactory basic DBS check, in line with our responsibilities as a food business
- Proof of the right to work in the UK
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
