Senior Projects and Performance Officer – secondment opportunity until 1st May 2027
Building on our commitments to improve tenant feedback and performance, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our Building Safety and Tenant Involvement team who will play a key role in maintaining and improving our performance and relationships with tenants.
You’ll combine a customer focused approach, working closely with tenants, with the ability to analyse and produce information to a variety of audiences showcasing the how the department is performing. This will include meeting with tenants and providing a feedback loop to improve the connection between our lessons learnt and what the customer sees as change as well as being the departments lead on benchmarking.

36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £32,597 (band £32,597 to £36,363)
