Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for refurbishing cabins to a high standard, internally and externally as well as keeping all cabins organised and in a good working order within our yard. The right candidate will be confident carrying out basic electrical and plumbing work on cabins as and when required as well as attending sites for any cabin breakdowns.
Duties
- Ensure all cabins are checked thoroughly top to bottom and any damages rectified
- Carry out electrical and water testing prior to any cabins going out on hire
- Convert basic cabins to canteens/drying rooms as per customers request, therefore the right candidate must have experience fitting kitchens and partition cabin walls
- Ensure cabins are checked and tested before going out
- General tidying of the yard
- Attending breakdowns on customers sites
- Carry out full internal and external refurbs of cabins, including fitting new panels inside and full sand down and respray on the outside, as and when required.
Experience
- Previous experience working within the cabin industry is an advantage but not essential
- Must have skilled CSCS card
- Must have electrical and plumbing experience
- Forklift License is an advantage but not essential
- Must have experience fitting kitchens
- Yard work experience is again an advantage but not essential
