BridgeStaff are recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Class 1 and Class 2 Tanker Drivers to support Welsh Water clean water operations on a Adhoc basis.
Role Overview:
- Deliver clean water tankers to various locations.
- Primarily emergency response work when issues arise on the water network.
- Drivers must be able to report to the assigned Welsh Water depot within 1 hour of being called.
- Pre-planned work and driver changeovers will also be available.
- Strict adherence to health and safety procedures is essential.
- High visibility clothing must be worn at all times.
Shifts:
- Minimum 12-hour shifts guaranteed.
- If called back to the depot or stood down early, a minimum 12-hour shift will still be paid.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card.
- Previous HGV driving experience.
- Good level of fitness and health.
- Safety-conscious attitude and ability to follow procedures.
Pay: £16.50 per hour
