Maltby Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Student Welfare Manager to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.
Salary: Band G (19 to 23) - £28,238 to £30,328.42 Pro Rata Per Annum (£32,061 to £34,434 FTE) + 3 plus days. Salary will be pro rata based on working hours. The above salary is a reflection of working 37 hours per week, term time plus 3 days.

We are seeking a suitably qualified and talented professional to provide high quality pastoral care, support and guidance for students, identifying and removing barriers to learning, promoting health and wellbeing to secure positive progression routes. The role involves liaising with staff, multi-agencies and parents/carers to ensure that students develop the emotional, social and physical resilience to engage successfully with learning.
