Job Overview
We are seeking a temporary Data Cabling Engineer to join our team, for a few weeks in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication and network Cabling. Must be available to work nights and days. The works will be at Excel London
Duties
- Install, terminate, and test data cabling including Ethernet, fibre optics, and telecommunication lines in accordance with schematics and industry standards.
- Set up and configure network equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on network hardware
- Use hand tools and specialised electrical equipment to perform cable pulls, terminations, and testing procedures.
- Ensure all installations comply with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Experience
- IPAF is essential & registered Self Employed
- Familiarity with running of data cables would be an advantage but not a necessity as can learn on the job.
- Working as a team

Contract length: 1 month
Pay: £160.00-£190.00 per day
