Harry’s Bar is one of Newcastle’s busiest and most popular nightlife venues, known for great music, quality drinks, and an electric atmosphere every weekend. We’re looking for an experienced and confident bartender to join our team and help deliver exceptional nights for our customers.

The Role
As part of our bar team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks and cocktails with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service in a high-volume environment
- Keeping the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
- Working closely with the team to create an outstanding customer experience every shift
- Maintaining high standards during busy late-night service
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18+
- At least 12 months’ bartending experience in a busy bar or late-night venue
- Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence working without recipe prompts
- Reliable, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Available to work most Saturday nights, including finishes up to 4am
- Flexible to pick up extra shifts when required
