Face-to-Face Sales | High Earnings | Uncapped Commission
Location: Regional – field based (travel up to 60 miles from your home postcode). A driving licence and access to vehicle is essential for this role.

Basic salary / day rate + uncapped commission
Realistic OTE: £50,000 – £60,000+
Working hours: Mon-Fri with 1 in 3 weekends required

At BRC Promotions, we’re growing our field sales team and looking for confident, results-focused individuals who know how to connect, influence, and convert. We work with 3 of the biggest charities in the UK – Macmillan Cancer Support, Alzheimers Society and Royal British Legion.
This is face-to-face, venue-based fundraising — working in busy public locations, not door-to-door and no cold calling lists.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You’ll be working across a regional territory, attending pre-booked, high-footfall venues such as shopping centres and supermarkets.
Important: This role is NOT door-to-door sales. All activity takes place in paid, professional venues with consistent footfall.
Your role is simple:
- Approach and engage members of the public in venue spaces
- Deliver a strong, confident fundraising pitch
- Build rapport quickly and handle objections
- Secure sign-ups for regular charitable donations for Macmillan, Alzheimers Society or RBL.
You’ll represent nationally recognised charities, giving you a credible, meaningful product that people already trust — making your role easier and more rewarding.
This is direct, face-to-face fundraising in controlled venue environments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has sales experience (field sales, direct sales, fundraising)
- Enjoys working to targets and KPIs
- Is motivated by uncapped earning potential
- Can handle rejection and stay focused on the next opportunity
- Is comfortable travelling within a 60-mile radius
- Must be able to drive, due to the need to move equipment between venues each week

WHAT YOU'LL GET
- £26,000 basic salary or £100 day rate (depending on package)
- Uncapped commission structure – high performers earn £50k–£60k+
