We are currently looking for an Early Years practitioner to join our small but awesome team due to recent expansion! We are a term time setting and offer a pro rata salary so you are paid through the holidays too. We are open Monday to Friday from 8.15am to 3.30pm.
We are looking for someone who can ideally work 4 days per week.
We are based at West Parley Community Hub (formerly Parley Sports Club) with a dedicated space taking up to 20 children aged 2-5 years each day.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, fun individual to join our team. Play is our passion here at Parley Pre School and we want to nurture curious, creative, confident children giving them the best start in life. We do this through having a free flow setting with a range of continuous provision to support learning and problem solving skills. The children love freely exploring in our dedicated Art Studio, creating & building in our huge sandpit or relaxing in a hammock outside.
We have a fantastic outside space that we love to use everyday. We are lucky to have huge playing fields, a woodland area and park onsite.

We have recently had an Ofsted inspection under the new framework and received Strong Standard in every area. We are looking for someone who can embrace our ethos.
About you:
- Someone who isn't afraid of mess and getting stuck in - whether it's with giant slime, jumping in muddy puddles or flying down the inflatable water slide!
- We are ideally looking for someone with a Level 2 or higher qualification in Early Years Education.
- We would love a team player who wants to support and champion others so we can be the best possible team.
- We are so lucky to have an amazing group of children and families and want another practitioner who will nurture the children and form strong bonds with their families.
- Hopefully you will have experience at being a keyworker for a small group of children and will be able to enhance their learning opportunities through your skillful interactions.
