Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of beauty treatments, including skincare, nails, and other specialised services
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards
- Stay up to date with current beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable client experience
- Promote additional treatments and retail products where appropriate
- Manage appointments efficiently to optimise client flow
- Uphold high standards of professionalism in appearance, behaviour, and communication
Requirements
- Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques (desirable)
