We are seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join our ever growing team of professional cleaners. The successful candidate will be invited to choose thier locations and build a working schedule to suit them.
We have a vast range of clients that we cover and take pride in our strong client relationships.
The individual will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Duties
- Perform general sanitisation and cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.
Skills
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to drive may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety at work regulations.
- Value physical fitness and endurance.
- Patience.
