Your Role Will Involve:
- Managing multiple concurrent projects ranging from 3-18 months duration
- Leading site teams and coordinating trades to maintain project momentum
- Utilising Procore to track progress, manage documentation, and ensure transparency
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and timelines
- Liaising with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure clear communication
- Managing project budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality
- Driving accountability across all team members and subcontractors
- Ensuring exceptional workmanship standards are maintained throughout
- Preparing and presenting project updates to senior management
- Problem-solving on-site challenges with a solutions-focused approach
- Maintaining health & safety compliance across all projects
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience managing high-end residential or commercial projects
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly master project management software (Procore experience beneficial - training provided)
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong leadership qualities with the confidence to drive accountability
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels
- Deep understanding of construction processes and quality standards
- Qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, degree) preferred but vast knowledge and experience valued above all
- Full UK driving licence (for van use)
