The Role
Reception is the heart of Southbank Club.
As our Front of House & Membership Coordinator, you'll be the first person members and visitors see when they arrive and often the last person they speak to before they leave.
Alongside delivering an exceptional member experience, you'll play a key role in helping grow the club through lead management and membership sales.
You'll gain hands-on experience managing enquiries, following up leads, booking tours, using CRM systems and developing the communication skills needed to convert prospects into members.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain real-world experience in customer service, sales and business development within a growing independent business.
Membership Sales & Lead Management
- Manage and respond to new membership enquiries.
- Follow up prospective members via phone, email and CRM.
- Contact previous enquiries and inactive leads.
- Book and coordinate club tours.
- Build rapport with prospective members and understand their goals.
- Help prospective members understand the benefits of joining Southbank Club.
- Support membership growth through consistent lead follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Track enquiries, tours and conversion rates.
- Gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation and customer relationship management.
Front of House Responsibilities
- Welcome members, guests and prospective members to the club.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Answer phone calls, emails and day-to-day enquiries.
- Build positive relationships with members.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the club.
