We are pleased to announce exciting opportunity to become a team member of Nottingham’s largest eliquid and smoking paraphernalia retail stores, 34 hours per week covering Nottinghamshire including weekends, with the possibility of additional hours. This is to cover all of our 10 retail stores.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in the store by providing knowledgeable advice, ensuring that recommended products are compatible with their existing devices, and that the items meet their needs.
- Offering comprehensive explanations and demonstrations of our products for new customers, including setting up new devices when necessary.
- Managing the opening and closing of the cash register based on your shift.
- Verifying that customers receive the correct items and accurately processing monetary transactions.
- Suggesting alternatives when appropriate to meet customer requirements.
- Ensuring proper stock rotation and maintaining shop displays.
- Complying with company processes and procedures.
- Handling returns in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas, both in the store and communal colleague spaces, adhering to health and safety standards and a clear floor policy.
- Keeping cabinet displays clean and well-presented.
