Platinum Care Solutions Group are currently recruiting for Home Care Assistants to join our friendly domiciliary team in Grayshot and surrounding areas.

We understand that flexibility is key so you choose when you work! Whether you would
prefer to work full or part time, we will work with your availability (minimum of 20 hours per month to include alternate weekends).
Primary Responsibilities To provide care and assistance to services users including:
All aspects of personal care
- Prompting and assisting of medicines
- Eating and drinking including light cooking
- Safely using aids and personal equipment
- Domestic duties including light housework
- Social and physical activities or mental stimulation
Ensure the health safety and welfare of services users is always maintained
Ensure any changes in health to a service user are observed and reported to the relevant professionals.
Working with professional boundaries and complying with confidentiality with The Data Protection Act 2018
Logging daily tasks within the care app
Adhere and comply to all policies and procedures.
Maintain mandatory training Support Colleagues internally and externally.
To support and enable service users to receive the highest quality of life and to be as independent as possible.
Ensure the practice and promotion of the KLOES - “Key Lines of Enquiry” these cover the various areas, which regulatory bodies such as CQC will investigate when they come to do an inspection of our care setting.

DBS required - This role will require you to obtain an enhanced satisfactory clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service formally known as the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Disclosure.
INDCARE
Experience is ideal but not necessary as full training will be provided (All staff are expected to meet the QCQ regulatory training standards and The Care Certificate to be completed within 12 weeks).
