This is a diverse role supporting senior leadership, coordinating business communications, managing executive administration and ensuring projects, meetings and business activities run smoothly. What you'll be doing
This is a varied position with responsibility across executive support, business communications and operational coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
. Providing executive and administrative support to senior leadership.
. Preparing board packs, reports, presentations and business documentation.
. Producing KPI reports and analysing business performance data.
. Coordinating meetings, agendas and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
. Supporting internal business communications across multiple teams.
. Assisting with company-wide announcements and leadership communications.
. Organising business events, meetings and visitor arrangements.
. Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
. Monitoring travel and event budgets and processing expenses.
. Working collaboratively across departments to support business operations.
. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiency.
What we're looking for
We are looking for an organised and professional individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You'll ideally have:
. Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Support or Business Communications role.
. Experience preparing reports, presentations and board-level documentation.
. Strong analytical skills with experience producing KPI reports.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
. Experience coordinating meetings, events and international travel.
. Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
. Experience using AI tools within a business environment would be advantageous.
. A professional, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
. The ability to work independently while building strong working relationships across the business.
