This role involves meeting and greeting patients and visitors, reception work, data entry, computer based work, ordering stock, answering the telephone and other general office duties as required by management on a very busy Neonatal Intensive Care. The successful candidate must be able to communicate well with families who are under extreme stress due to the early arrival of their baby. Furthermore the role is front of house and requires someone who is friendly, approachable and goes the extra mile to support families and maintain an outstanding patient experience.
