Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Secondary School Teachers to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across various subjects, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal development. Duties
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum, with a focus on English and other core subjects.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a disciplined and respectful classroom environment.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater for diverse learning needs, including special education requirements.
- Support students through tutoring sessions, helping them to overcome academic challenges and achieve their potential.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to education.
- Organise extracurricular activities that enhance students' overall educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioural incidents in compliance with school policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching at secondary school level, preferably with special education expertise.
- Strong behaviour management skills to create a safe and productive classroom environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging students and collaborating effectively with colleagues and parents.
- Demonstrated proficiency in teaching English or related subjects is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Relevant qualifications in education or teaching credentials recognised within the UK.
