This isn’t about cold calling from a list and hoping for the best. It’s about spotting opportunities, opening doors, building trust and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of new business and growth strategy across the agency.
Developing entirely new relationships, u nlocking opportunities within existing client groups and nurturing prospects through CRM, events, referrals and good old-fashioned relationship building.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Driving new revenue opportunities across target sectors
• Building and nurturing senior-level relationships
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing client groups and parent brands
• Developing and managing a structured pipeline (CRM-led where appropriate)
• Working closely with the senior team to shape compelling propositions
• Leading pitches and commercial conversations
• Keeping momentum high… this is a role for someone who doesn’t wait to be chased
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience in agency new business or business development
• A strong track record of generating revenue and hitting targets
• Natural relationship-building ability - warm, credible and confident
• Commercial instinct - you understand value, margin and positioning
• Self-motivation and resilience (new business isn’t for the faint-hearted)
• The ability to open doors and keep them open
