We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Deputy Manager to join our well-established nursing home in Camberley, Surrey.

About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, resident wellbeing, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times.
You will provide leadership and support to the care and nursing teams, helping to create a positive, safe, and person-centred environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in the effective running of the nursing home.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate care and nursing staff.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Assist with staff recruitment, induction, training, and development.
- Monitor care plans, risk assessments, and clinical standards.
- Conduct audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Manage staffing levels and support rota planning.
- Act as Home Manager in their absence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior role within a nursing home, residential care home, or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Good understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Passionate about providing exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for residents.
- Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essential, depending on experience.

Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
