Job Overview
We are seeking a self motivated, dynamic and experienced results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving and exceeding their targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to sell a range of new and used vehicles, including commercial vehicles to new and existing customers. The ideal canditate will be team player, experienced in selling both new and used vehicles with a proven track record.
Duties
- The sale of new and used vehicles including light commercials
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with our customers
- Identify needs and be successful in the sale of add on products
- Complete all regulatory and manufacturer training
- Keep in regular contact with customers within our database
- Follow up all leads to a conclusion
- Record all incoming enquiries securely
- Be a team player, building strong relationships with your colleagues
Experience
- Proven track record is vehicle sales
- Computer literate
- Demonstrate success in achieving targets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Experience in upselling techniques and consultative selling approaches
