As one of the first team members dedicated to the brand, you will have the opportunity to help shape Linelle from the beginning, contribute to its launch and grow with the business as it develops.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, organised and commercially aware Brand Marketing & Content Lead to help launch Linelle and build a strong, distinctive presence across its website, social media, campaigns and collaborations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both developing ideas and making them happen. You will take ownership of Linelle’s customer-facing marketing activity, working with internal teams, creators, freelancers and external partners to bring the brand to life.
You will play an important part in shaping how Linelle communicates, looks and connects with modern modest women.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage Linelle’s launch and ongoing marketing calendar.
- Develop content plans for Instagram, TikTok, email and the website.
- Create campaign ideas, captions, scripts, product stories and creative briefs.
- Plan and coordinate fashion shoots, product photography and short-form video content.
- Work with internal website and social media teams to deliver campaigns and launch activity.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators and brand partners.
- Coordinate gifting, paid collaborations, affiliate activity and creator deliverables.
- Support website copy, campaign pages and product descriptions.
- Ensure content clearly communicates fabric, fit, coverage, styling, comfort and quality.
- Show customers how Linelle pieces can be styled together as part of a complete modest wardrobe.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice, visual identity and customer experience.
- Monitor the performance of content, campaigns and collaborations.
- Use customer feedback and performance insights to improve future activity.
- Be comfortable appearing in selected social or behind-the-scenes content where appropriate.
About You
You are creative, proactive and highly organised, with a genuine interest in fashion, content and brand building.
You understand how to turn a brand idea into engaging customer-facing content and campaigns. You are comfortable managing several projects at once, taking ownership and working closely with different teams and partners.
You should also have a strong understanding of, or genuine interest in, modern modest fashion and the needs of modest women.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in brand marketing, content, social media, fashion marketing or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video.
- Good copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience coordinating campaigns, shoots or content production.
- Experience working with influencers, creators or brand collaborations.
- Strong project-management and communication skills.
- Good visual judgement and attention to detail.
- A hands-on, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Experience within modest fashion, fashion retail or launching a new consumer brand would be an advantage, but is not essential.
