J R Allen & Sons Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience across some additional trades, including plumbing, tiling, plastering, and general property maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of renovation and repair tasks on residential, public sector and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of property maintenance and renovation tasks
- Diagnose and repair issues across multiple trades
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
- Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Requirements:
- Experienced carpenter
- Possible experience in multiple trades (e.g., plumbing, plastering, tiling)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver high standards of workmanship
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Full UK driving license
