Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
About the role
Heart of Supply is incredibly excited to be partnering with schools across Scunthorpe, helping connect exceptional educators with welcoming school communities across the area.
As we continue to build relationships with schools across the area, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our growing network of partner schools in Scunthorpe and the surrounding communities.
We offer flexible teaching opportunities to suit your lifestyle, including, day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, longer-term placements and temp-to-perm opportunities.
These roles are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with opportunities to work in year groups that match your experience, confidence and preferences.
As a supply teacher, you will step into a variety of school settings, delivering engaging lessons using prepared plans and ensuring continuity in pupils' learning when the regular class teacher is absent. You'll play an important role in maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment and helping pupils remain engaged and on track with their learning.
Assignments can vary depending on your availability and strengths, whether that's supporting early phonics, teaching within Key Stage 1, or working with older pupils in Key Stage 2.
We're keen to hear from confident, adaptable teachers who can quickly build positive relationships with both pupils and staff. You'll be calm and effective in your behaviour management, reliable in your approach and proactive when working in new environments.
A warm, energetic presence in the classroom and a genuine passion for teaching will help you make a positive impact wherever you go.
