This is an exciting opportunity to join our Premises Team as relief part time caretaker. To provide cover when needed. This would suit someone living in the local area as it may involve split shifts.
Relevant experience in a similar or practical role is essential.
The Team’s main responsibility is to provide a clean, safe, healthy and temperate environment for all clients and staff.
The team facilitates the delivery of:
safety and security - key holding repsonsibilities
repairs, cleaning and maintenance inside and outdoors
the setting up and clearing of rooms within the conference centre to ensure all client needs are met for events and meetings.
