Mussel Inn are looking for a full time Kitchen Assistant on a permanent basis. Your main role would be processing the crockery and cutlery through a modern, automated dishwasher. There would also be other general Kitchen Assistant duties to perform as required and to assist chefs with food prep.
As a Kitchen Assistant, your duties would include:
- Managing the cleaning process of utensils, crockery and cutlery.
- Learning how to use a commercial dishwasher.
- Ensure all equipment is stored in the correct areas.
- General duties to support the Chefs.
The ideal Kitchen Assistant would have:

- The ability to remain focused during the busy times.
In return, you will receive £12.25 per hour, plus daily tips and the opportunity to develop within the business.
