Are you the person who walks into a site and immediately knows how to make the team better? Haute Dolci is looking for a Training Manager to own our training function from the ground up and ensure every site delivers the exceptional experience our brand is known for.
About Haute Dolci

- Visiting live sites regularly to deliver coaching, upskilling, and improvement programmes

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a training, L&D, or operational standards role within hospitality or food & beverage
- Strong practical knowledge of both FOH and BOH - you need to be credible in both environments
- Excellent delivery skills - confident training individuals and groups at all levels
- The ability to produce clear, well-structured training materials independently
- Full UK driving licence - this role involves travel up to five days a week
